It is an extremely tough thing to weigh. Namely how do we integrate environmental costs into our capitalist system? I hope we are at 'how' right? That we are past the 'should' question? Cause here is the deal: we may not want to integrate these costs and they will never be convenient, but there is one ultimate scale out there and she waits for no one: mother nature.
