And for my rejoinder to you Mr. Guiliani is this: free markets, sir, work when there is freedom. For instance, a free market works when I look at an iPhone and say, 'Hmm... I would like one but dang, they are too expensive so I am not getting one' they do not work however when you NEED something like, oh, I don't know, a heart transplant.
