CNN.com - 'Fear Factor' sued for rat-eating episode - Jan 7, 2005: "Aitken's handwritten lawsuit contends the rat-eating made his blood pressure rise, resulting in being dizzy and lightheaded -- and vomiting. Because he was disoriented he ran into a doorway, 'causing suffering, injury and great pain.'"

hahahahahaha. Reality is too funny.

Unbelievable. You read stuff like this and it makes you hate all lawyers and legal mumbo jumbo.

Then a guy like Bush comes along and wants 'tort reform' and you feel like going, yes! But sadly his sort of tort reform would limit the amount of power that little people have over HMO's, negligent doctors, pharma companies (such as Merck and their Vioxx bullshit) and you go, 'No!'

What a dillemma eh?
