Yes.
Lotsa reasons why (most found in the comments) including that which rccp writes of: that everyone thinks they are MJ and are too cool to pass, play defense or play the game and get a little sweaty. But, and let me be honest here, the courts are not that welcoming an environment these days for a lot of reasons.
Anyway, back to work. Play with your own balls is what I say.
