Justice Dept. to probe leak of spy program - U.S. Security - MSNBC.com: "The Justice Department has opened an investigation into the leak of classified information about President Bush's secret domestic spying program."

The ugly irony is thick: they probably will use the wealth of illegal spying materials they have collected to 'catch' the patriot who exposed some of what our government is doing these days.
