That is a good question.

From my perspective reading the history and seeing the Rumsfeld/Saddam handshake this sort of deal has been going on in America's name for a very long time. And sadly not just in Iraq. It did not start with Clinton or end with Bush.

The larger picture to realize here is that our government is doing some very destructive things to the good American name and our good American values. I hope good people can start to turn this around.

Well, who knows? I can't comment on that at all. I couldn't care less really whether it was Bush I, II or Clinton or Reagan.

What it does point to me is a point that is brought up in the book called 'Confessions of an Economic Hitman'. Check it out. Let me know what you think.
