CNN.com - Kerry criticizes election outcome - Jan 18, 2005: "The Massachusetts Democrat, Bush's challenger in the November presidential election, spoke at Boston's annual Martin Luther King Day Breakfast. He reiterated that he decided not to challenge the election results, but 'thousands of people were suppressed in the effort to vote.'"

If it was just rhetoric I would have a problem with it. The unfortunate thing is that truly, honestly, in the real world people were denied a fair chance to vote or have their votes counted (by incredibly long lines or voting machine irregularities or what have you).

What would you suggest a democrat do these days with no contol over any real part of the government besides try and talk about these issues?

Also, parties at this point are meaningless. They are a tool to manipulate, I am sorry to say, the weak minded. Soon I think many more will see.

There are the haves and the have nots. It is what this war on a verb is all about. I know that many do not truly realize it, but it is in the air. How long before it is on the ground?

Are you having a $40 million dollar party during these wartimes Gindy? I am not. How does this reflect on the haves? When our poor have not soldiers don't have the armor they need...
